Good overview of users

You always have the full overview of the user profiles in your system. The basic principle is that users keep their own basic information updated to ensure that data is as close to the source as possible. Applicants create their profiles themselves and can update them with a new address etc. Administrators create the internal profiles, but here users can also carry out maintenance of contact details etc.

Types of applicants

Applicants create themselves directly on your website. To ensure that you have the right information available, the system distinguishes from the creation of user profiles between applicants searching for their own behalf or on behalf of a company or association.

APPLIES AS A PRIVATE PERSON
If you apply as an individual, the user profile is created with the CPR number, name, address, e-mail and telephone numbers. After the creation, the applicant can correct any changes to the profile information or password. If you have purchased our NemID solution, the user will be prompted to log in with their personal NemID at profile creation and, incidentally, every time they log in to the system.

APPLICATION FOR ORGANIZATION OR ASSOCIATION
If you apply as an individual, you create the user profile with CVR number, name, address, e-mail and telephone numbers. After the creation, the applicant can correct any changes to the profile information or password. If you have purchased our NemID solution, the user will be prompted to log in with their organization's NemID at the profile creation and, incidentally, every time they log in to the system.

 

Internal users

All internal users are created by an administrator. In this regard, they are assigned one of these three roles, representing three different levels of rights: SYSTEMS (OWNERS), ADMINISTRATOR (ADMIN) or COMMITTEE MEMBERS (COMITE).
