As with our application forms, you have countless options when you create your evaluation forms. Some just want a simple feedback after a project has been completed, and others need a larger and more complex report. The system handles it whichever way you like it.

A part of something bigger

Your evaluation form is created as part of the total flow you create: Program Description, Application Schedule and Evaluation Schedule. You can use our default template, your own saved templates, or start over from scratch. You design the evaluation form using our easy drag'n'drop solution.
