Different roles, different access rights

There can be many different people involved in processing applications when you grant funds. This is why AdminEaze Grants gives you the opportunity assign different roles and access rights to people inside and outside of your organisation. It is easily done with just a few clicks.

The three roles

With role management, you can ensure that your internal users have the rights that correspond to their specific needs. We have created three levels of internal roles that we call the owner, admin and committee. 

OWNER
With the owner profile, you have access to editing all programmes, creating new programmes, editing and creating user profiles, assigning roles to all programmes, editing and processing applications in all programmes, granting funds, accessing all messages, using the reporting options, accessing the organisation's billing information, designs, and log files.
ADMIN
With the admin profile, you have access to editing your own programmes, creating new programmes, editing and creating user profiles, assigning roles to your own programmes, editing and processing applications in all programmes, granting funds, accessing assigned messages, and using the reporting options.
COMMITTEE
With the committee profile, you have access to viewing assigned programmes, processing applications, granting funds, accessing your own messages, and using the reporting options.
